Voices in Action: Challenging Health Inequity Together

Creative Communities are really happy to be involved in this event, showcasing the voices of lived and living experience around reducing health inequalities and spotlighting areas of good practice.

We’ll be performing as Rising Voices and also hosting a panel discussion about our 7-year, three-way partnership between our orchestra members, Bristol Recovery Orchestra and Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. With Sophie Wilsdon (BDP Creative Communities), Lucy Warren (Head of Participate at Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra) and one of our orchestra members.

Service To Remember People Who’ve Died Affected By Homelessness

The choir will be singing as part of a service to remember loved ones who have died affected by homelessness. All are welcome to attend.

Recovery Festival

You can catch Rising Voices performing at on the main stage in the Den. The Recovery Festival is a free, volunteer-led event bringing together people from recovery communities across the South West, along with local peer-led communities and treatment providers. There will also be live bands and DJs from Bristol Sober Spaces and an open mic. More details coming soon.
